The Cannonborough neighborhood is an inviting downtown area that blends classic architecture with a modern lifestyle. From here, it’s easy walking distance to historic locations such as King Street and a selection of delicious restaurants, cafes, and bakeries.
There is plenty to see and places to visit within walking distance. Uber and Lyft are very common and will not be delayed. Street parking and parking garages are available and relatively easy to access.
Please note: * Off-street parking for one car is provided free of charge. Any additional parking is $20 a day per car. * This efficiency requires guests to access from the spiral staircase pictured here. This is the only access to the rental. * This space is a patio apartment located in a half-basement with tons of light. *There is an additional unit above this rental in the same home. If you happen to be traveling with a larger party, we’d be happy to coordinate a rental to accommodate your friends or family. *The bathroom of this space adjoins Ladles Soups’ kitchen. Occasionally a sound or two may be heard emanating from the kitchen; however, this space is completely cordoned off and separated from this very tasty soup, salad, and sandwich shop. * All Charleston homes in the historic footprint of the city – which this rental falls into – must abide by strict renovation mandates. As such all of our rentals must feature single pane glass to reflect the look and feel of the original home dating back to the 1800s. As such, noise does travel and we ask that all guests who rent from us here and at our properties adjacent please be respectful of neighbors at all times and especially watch noise levels when coming and going after 10p.m. for the enjoyment of all guests. * Loud noise and partying will not be tolerated.
Access to this exclusive space is from the back porch down the (spiral stairs.) You have access to the large front porch with dedicated seating for only you, rear porch, and patio with big Green Egg charcoal grill, charcoal being complimentary of course. As well as one car private, complimentary parking.
